Day 3- Feeling great!

Better every day! Today I did way better with my food. I stayed in my calorie range and didn't go off track :)

I also played around on the Wii and realized I could set up a program doing yoga and strength myself. So I have to see that later.

I did the Wii again today- 3 days in a row!

I talked to my sister today and she wants to keep each other on track and motivate each other by sharing our progress.

Tomorrow is my first big cardio day. Thinking of doing some My fitness coach for 30 mins, maybe wii fit yoga & then walk away the pounds.

I am also thinking of starting walking on the days my husband opens. So he could wake me up early before he leaves for work at like 5am or what not and then I could walk then. I can always come back home and go to sleep lol But I would like to start walking again and my best way is to do it early morning for me because of the panic attacks.

But yay another good day. I feel amazing :)
