Well day 2 is down. Over all a good day with some stumbles. I am doing good on fitness & not so great with food.
First a Wii miracle today! My Just Dance disc had been broken. idk what was wrong with it but it had refused to load. I couldn't play it. And that had happened almost right after I got it.
But today for some weird reason I decided to put it in and it worked! Yay! So I played that for 30 mins. Was alot of fun. My birds loved the music though having them get all excited and fly around my head was funny. Their favorite- Ring my bell lol
Then I tried some Wii fit stuff. I tried two yoga moves. I really like how they teach you balance and I feel like it is a good way to learn the positions. But it doesn't transition smoothly at all. You do one and then have to hit quit and go back and go through another move. Kindof gets annoying quickly.
I also tried the strength workout and found it the same way. Just very annoying having to do each exercise then go back. I wish they could let you pick a few and do them together, one after another.
But then I put in My Fitness Coach. I really truly love it. It does kindof feel like you have your own trainer right there. Plus I love the workout. I decided to change stuff around and do the My Fitness Coach 4 days a week.
Food wise I did better then yesterday. But I got a boredom attack and ate some cheese slices that I shouldn't have. Then for dinner I threw in another tortilla for an extra 120 calories.
I just need to be firm with myself. But I wasn't horribly over.
I will do better tomorrow :)
