I feel great :) I am positive and happy. Great attitude to start the new year with :)
I got alot done today. Cleaned house & made a candle. I also played Wii fit which was fun. I really like the rhythm parade, hula hoops, the obstacle coarse was really neat but idk I have a huge problem jumping lol. I really enjoy doing the step stuff workouts. So i did all that for 30 mins to warm myself up. & then I did a spark video. I couldn't keep up completely but I was moving & didn't stop- yay!
Food wise...eh well I tracked & measured and that is the most important thing. Learning what I am eating and getting a feel once again for calories and portion sizes. The bad news is I went way over my calories for today. I had 2 grilled cheese sandwiches which I was just talking about in a thread how they are not high calories then I made one with lots of calories lol
I need to find a bread with less calories & only use 1 slice of cheese!
It is a slow climb up the mountain but every little step takes you closer!!!
