NSV ~

This page will track my progress of all NSV (non scale victories). My measurements and photos and such.

I want to keep track of my measurements because weight can be wonky and so many added factors like hormones, sodium, water, muscle can affect the scale. But everyone says taking measurements is the best way to actually see the changes and keep track of them. I am not great at figuring this whole thing out and I even tried googling it without much luck. So I am pretty much guessing I have the right places to measure lol. But as long as I always do it from the same places I guess it counts!

Thigh- L:25, R: 25
Calves- L: 17 1/4, R: 18
Waist - 44
Hips: 44
Lower Belly: 49
Chest: 39
Bust- 44
